Enter these codes in at the Title screen.
Highlight Bonus Mode, then hold L1 + R1 and press Start
Give will get the Animation Test option under the Voice Test selection on the Bonus Mode menu.
up, down, circle, x (4), square, start

Highlight the bonus Mode. Press L1 and R1 buttons and press start.
The animation test will now be present under the voice test in the bonus mode.
