Note: To easily get Lara facing north, find a ledge that is facing north and hang from it. This should make it easier to get the compass exactly north.
Level Skip:
Position Lara so that she is facing EXACTLY north. Now goto the "inventory screen".
When Lara is exactly north the compass will be blinking.
When she is aligned exactly north, goto the "Load" option and press and hold the following:
L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Up and press triangle
Exit the inventory screen and you will jump to the next level.
All Items:
Position Lara so that she is facing EXACTLY north. Now goto the "inventory screen".
When Lara is exactly north the compass will be blinking.
When she is aligned exactly north, goto the Small MediPak and press and hold the following:
L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Down and press triangle
All Weapons:
Position Lara so that she is facing EXACTLY north. Now goto the "inventory screen".
When Lara is exactly north the compass will be blinking.
When she is aligned exactly north, goto the Large MediPak and press and hold the following:
L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Up and press triangle.
