Alter At the title screen,
press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, X, Circle. If you entered the code correctly, the word ''Yeah'' will appear. Movement sounds in story mode will now be different.

Alternate costumes
Set the PlayStation 2 system date to December 25 to see the turtles with a Christmas theme. Set the PlayStation 2 system date to October 31 to see the turtles with a Halloween theme.

Secret of Gembu
Successfully complete the third Dojo Stage with all four turtles to learn the Secret of Gembu move. Use it to damage everyone on the screen. Note: This can only be done three times per level.

Team attack
In two player mode, press X + Square to get into a stance. Have your teammate get next to you, face you, then press X + Square. You will perform a special team attack where you are thrown into enemies, hurting them.

Wrong voice
When you select Michaelangelo and pick up a recovery item such as pizza, etc., he will have Leonardo's voice instead of his original one.
